Top: May 8, 2010 7AM, Thousand Oaks CA, a 101 mile ride on a nice day, Temps started out in the low 50's, ended in low 80's, pretty much ideal conditions for a ride. About 1600 riders out for this one. Tagged along with these two veteran century riders for the first 25 miles through lightly rolling roads around Thousand Oaks/Newbury Park/Agoura.
Below: Starting up Mulholland highway in the Santa Monica Mountains. Many climbs in the second 25 miles with all at 7-8% gradient. Everyone just takes their own pace through the mountains.
