Top: A nice change from the near-epic inland rides is the cool scenic coastline. My rides here usually start in La Jolla and go up to Oceanside and back. This is La Jolla cove which used to be home to many seals and now is home to many swimmers, surfers and sunbathers Below: Once you ride past UCSD and the golf course you are treated to a great downhill on the Torrey Pines grade right onto the beach.
