Top: Most of the riding out is uphill and Honey Springs Road is 7 miles of climbing. Near the top I spotted this rarely seen heard of Dulzura rock bovines known for their uncanny chameleon-like ability to instantly blend into their environment. How many can you see in this photo? If you guessed upwards of 18 you would be correct and need to congratulate yourself immediately.
