Top: We hit Santa Rosa Road after 5.5 miles of riding and then follow it for 16 miles toward Lompoc through farm country. Bottom: The first rest stop is in Lompoc at 23 miles and hard to avoid. I waited for Milton for about 10 or 15 minutes until I started to get cold and then I had to ride.
